FAQ
How do I find the best meeting time across time zones?
Add each participant's city and pick a date. The grid shades every hour green when it falls inside working hours (9am–6pm) for that city, amber when it's early or late but tolerable, and dark when it's night. Columns where every city is green are your best meeting slots.
Does the planner account for daylight saving time?
Yes. Each city's column is computed for the exact date you choose, so a meeting planned across a DST changeover shows the correct local hours for that day.
What counts as working hours?
The green band is 9am to 6pm local; the amber band is 7–8am and 7–10pm — reachable but not ideal. You can eyeball a compromise instantly by scanning for the column with the most green.
